By making an appointment with Doggie-Styles, you are agreeing to the following terms:

All appointment prices are based on a regular grooming schedule. This is every 6 weeks for all wool coated and mixed breeds with difficult coats.  Should your dog not attend at the agreed schedule then the grooming price will cost more dependent on the coat condition. Please ensure you are aware of the schedule for your dogs coat type.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a £20 fee which must be paid prior to making any future appointment.

Cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur the full grooming fee.

Matting incurs and extra £20 fee and may also require your dogs coat to be fully clipped off.

Where any dog becomes distressed, the groom will stop and you will be called and asked to collect your dog.  The full grooming fee is still payable.

Where any parasites are discovered, you will be called and asked to immediately collect your dog. The full grooming fee will still be charged plus the cost of any earnings lost for the rest of the day and the cost of salon fumigation.
Where a dog requires veterinary attention, we will call you and if it is felt a life threatening situation we will take your dog straight to the nearest open veterinary practice. Any fee incurred will be at your own expense unless such treatment was needed due to a grooming error.

It is expected that your dog will be collected within 30 minutes of you being contacted to do so OR at the agreed time when initially leaving your dog with us.

Any delay in collection of your dog will incur a £10 charge per 30 minutes or part thereof.

As our safety is of paramount importance, we will muzzle your dog where we feel it is appropriate for our own safety. If you are aware that your dog is uncomfortable with any part of the grooming process or if your dog is prone to nipping/biting then you must bring this to Doggie-Styles attention so we may try to avoid any incidents.
