Aimed to be an enjoyable experience for both us and your dog, we do everything we can to provide a relaxing atmosphere and help your dog be comfortable our care.

  • We will talk kindly to and gently touch your dog and also play calming music aimed to help dogs relax.
  • Some dogs really don't like having certain areas of their body's being groomed, usually their feet, and where a dog tries to bite we may have no option but to muzzle your dog, however this is a last resort and will only do this for our own safety.
