Emmipet Teeth Cleaning Terms and Conditions
By booking an Emmipet Teeth appointment, I understand that:
- The Emmipet service is not a substitute for veterinary medical care or diagnosis
- Progress will depend on the dogs current dental health, previous dental cleaning and their behaviour.
- The process being carried out is using an ultrasonic toothbrush which has no movement or noise. Additional tools may be used if necessary to aid the process.
- There may be a small amount of blood from the gum line during and for a short time after the process where tartar/plaque has been lifted away from the tooth. This is completely normal.
- The staff will stop the cleaning session if any of the following issues become apparent and I will seek veterinary attention if required.
- Loose or damaged teeth are found
- Abnormalities are found such as, but not limited to, tumours, ulcers, abscesses, oral warts, foreign bodies, injuries.
- The dogs behaviour shows aggression or excessive stress.
- I am not aware of any reason why the Emmipet Teeth service should not go ahead.
- Should the service have to be stopped then I will still pay the full fee.
